February 28, 2022: Phil Campbell, AL 35581 The crowd at Monday's non-league match between the Phil Campbell Bobcats (Phil Campbell, AL) and the visiting Belgreen Bulldogs (Russellville, AL), saw Phil Campbell's softball squad nip Belgreen by a count of 8-7.
The Bobcats now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Red Bay for a non-league match on Thursday, March 3.
With the loss, Belgreen falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Tharptown (Russellville, AL) to face the Wildcats in a non-league match on Friday, March 4. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 0-1. Tharptown lost 16-0 in their recent non-league match against East Lawrence (Trinity, AL)
