The North Stokes Vikings baseball team (Danbury, NC), was overwhelmed 16-0 in Tuesday's non-league outing with the visiting East Surry Cardinals (Pilot Mountain, NC)

The Cardinals now hold a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Burns for a non-league outing on Saturday, March 4. East Surry will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 4-2 non-league win over South Point (Belmont, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-0.

Next, the Vikings confront the Forsyth Home Educators Hawks (Winston-Salem, NC) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, March 2. North Stokes will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Hawks go into the outing with a 1-1 record after their 9-2 non-league loss to Elkin (Elkin, NC).
