February 28, 2023: Saugatuck, MI 49453 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Calvary Christian Eagles (Fruitport, MI) and the host Saugatuck Trailblazers (Saugatuck, MI), saw Calvary Christian's basketball squad wallop Saugatuck by a tally of 90-67.
With the victory, Calvary Christian improves its record to 9-7 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Martin (Martin, MI) to play the Clippers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 2. The Clippers come into the challenge with a record of 3-16. Martin lost 55-51 in their recent non-league challenge against Western Michigan Christian (Muskegon, MI)
Next up, the Trailblazers play the Watervliet Panthers (Watervliet, MI) in a Southwestern - North challenge, on Thursday, March 2. Saugatuck will attempt to improve on its 14-7 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 18-3 record after their 69-51 league win over Coloma (Coloma, MI).
