Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the New Home Leopards (New Home, TX) and the host Christoval Cougars (Christoval, TX), saw New Home's basketball squad knock off Christoval by a count of 53-36.

With the victory, New Home upgrades its record to 23-7 on the campaign. The Leopards travel to New Deal (New Deal, TX) to play the Lions in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 3. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 26-8. New Deal won 51-48 in their recent non-league battle against Gruver (Gruver, TX)
