Michigan High School Basketball - Clio edges Flint Southwestern Academy
February 28, 2023: Clio, MI 48420 The Clio Mustangs (Clio, MI) basketball nipped the visiting Flint Southwestern Academy Knights (Flint, MI), 61-58 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Mustangs (3-17) will now prepare for their test against Laingsburg (Laingsburg, MI). The Wolfpack go into the non-league test with a 19-0 record. In their last test, Laingsburg got by Saranac (Saranac, MI), 70-29, in a league test.
The Knights now own a 8-9 record. They play next when they travel to Flushing for a non-league test on Monday, March 6. Flint Southwestern Academy will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 67-49 non-league loss to Powers Catholic (Flint, MI). The Raiders record now stands at 6-15.
