South Dakota High School Basketball - Elkton/Lake Benton overwhelmed by Sioux Valley
February 28, 2023: Volga, SD 57071 The Sioux Valley Cossacks basketball team scored 79 points and restricted the visiting Elkton/Lake Benton Elks to 40 in the Cossacks non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Cossacks now sport a 19-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Deuel for a non-league contest on Friday, March 3. Sioux Valley will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 72-47 non-league win over Estelline/Hendricks (Estelline, SD). The Cardinals record now stands at 13-8.
