Michigan High School Basketball - Okemos trounces Midland
February 28, 2023: Okemos, MI 48864 The Okemos Wolves (Okemos, MI) basketball crushed the visiting Midland Chemics (Midland, MI), 66-39 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Wolves (17-4) will now prepare for their test against Eastern (Lansing, MI). The Quakers go into the non-league test with a 10-9 record. In their last test, Eastern was trounced by Grand Ledge (Grand Ledge, MI), 60-51, in a non-league test.
The Chemics now own a 3-18 record. They play next when they travel to Traverse City West for a non-league test on Thursday, March 2. Midland will encounter a Titans squad coming off a 79-59 non-league win over Benzie Central (Benzonia, MI). The Titans record now stands at 8-12.
