California High School Lacrosse - Santa Margarita held off by Mira Costa
February 28, 2023: Manhattan Beach, CA 90266 Mira Costa Mustangs (Manhattan Beach, CA) boosters exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the visiting Santa Margarita Eagles (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA), 7-6 in a non-league battle.
The Mustangs now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Crescenta Valley for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 4. Mira Costa will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 8-6 non-league loss to West Ranch (Valencia, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 0-1.
In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Foothill Knights (Santa Ana, CA) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, March 2. Santa Margarita will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
