February 28, 2023: Atlanta, GA 30327 The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the North Atlanta Warriors (Atlanta, GA) and the visiting South Cobb Eagles (Austell, GA), saw North Atlanta's soccer squad knock off South Cobb by a count of 4-1.
The Warriors now hold a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Lovett for a non-league test on Wednesday, March 1. North Atlanta will meet a Lions squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Mt. Zion (Jonesboro, GA). The Lions record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, South Cobb drops to 1-6 on the season. The Eagles host St. Pius X Catholic (Atlanta, GA) to meet the Golden Lions in a 6A Area 4 test on Friday, March 3. The Golden Lions come into the test with a record of 3-2. St. Pius X Catholic lost 2-1 in their recent league test against Riverwood (Sandy Springs, GA)
