The Lynbrook Vikings (San Jose, CA) baseball the host Gilroy Mustangs (Gilroy, CA), 8-4 in Wednesday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Vikings play the Fremont Firebirds (Sunnyvale, CA) in a El Camino contest, on Thursday, February 29. Lynbrook will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Firebirds enter the contest with a 1-1 record after their 6-1 non-league loss to Prospect (Saratoga, CA).
