February 28, 2024: Fayetteville, NC 28311 Pine Forest Trojans (Fayetteville, NC) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting South View Tigers (Hope Mills, NC), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Trojans face the Jack Britt Buccaneers (Fayetteville, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, March 4. Pine Forest will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Buccaneers enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 5-4 non-league loss to Richmond (Rockingham, NC).
The Tigers now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Scotland for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 4. South View will face a Fighting Scots team coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Whiteville (Whiteville, NC). The Fighting Scots record now stands at 1-0.
