Alabama High School Baseball - Bibb County holds off Hillcrest
February 28, 2025: Tuscaloosa, AL 35405 In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Bibb County Choctaws baseball team scored a close 13-9 win over the Hillcrest Patriots.
The Choctaws (7-2) will now prepare for their game against Sipsey Valley (Buhl, AL). The Bears go into the non-league game with a 2-9 record. In their last game, Sipsey Valley was overwhelmed by Winfield (Winfield, AL), 6-5, in a non-league game.
Next, the Patriots play the Demopolis Tigers (Demopolis, AL) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 1. Hillcrest will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Tigers enter the battle with a 2-0 record after their 10-1 non-league win over Sipsey Valley (Buhl, AL).
