The Destrehan Wildcats baseball team scored 7 runs and held the host East Ascension Spartans to 3 in the Wildcats non-league win on Friday.

The Wildcats now hold a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they host Mandeville for a non-league test on Saturday, March 1. Destrehan will play a Skippers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Hahnville (Boutte, LA). The Skippers record now stands at 5-6.
