The Sierra Lutheran Falcons (Carson City, NV) baseball trounced the visiting Pyramid Lake Lakers (Nixon, NV), 15-3 in Friday's non-league challenge.

The Falcons now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host West Wendover for a 2A Northern challenge on Friday, March 7. Sierra Lutheran will clash with a Wolverines team coming off a 12-2 non-league loss to Southwest EC (El Centro, CA). The Wolverines record now stands at 1-2.

With the defeat, Pyramid Lake drops to 0-2 on the year. The Lakers host Excel Christian (Sparks, NV) to clash with the Warriors in a 1A Northern challenge on Saturday, March 8. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Excel Christian won 12-11 in their recent non-league challenge against Silver Stage (Silver Springs, NV)
