The South Garner Titans basketball squad (Garner, NC), was nudged 63-60 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Chapel Hill Tigers (Chapel Hill, NC)

With the victory, Chapel Hill advances its record to 25-3 on the year. The Tigers travel to Rolesville (Rolesville, NC) to meet the Rams in a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 4. The Rams enter the battle with a record of 18-10. Rolesville won 61-51 in their recent non-league battle against Southeast Raleigh (Raleigh, NC)

The Titans now own a 21-8 record.
