In Friday's non-league game, the Ponte Vedra Sharks (Ponte Vedra, FL) flag football team edged the visiting Andrew Jackson Tigers (Jacksonville, FL), by a tally of 13-6.

In their next game, the Sharks battle the Bartram Trail Bears (St. Johns, FL) in a 1A D4 game, on Monday, March 3. Ponte Vedra will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Bears enter the game with a 1-2 record after their 20-6 league loss to Fleming Island (Orange Park, FL).
