Georgia High School Soccer - Eastside nudged by Cedar Shoals
February 28, 2025: Athens, GA 30605 Cedar Shoals Jaguars (Athens, GA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Eastside Eagles (Covington, GA), 4-3 in a league test.
With the triumph, Cedar Shoals moves its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to East Hall (Gainesville, GA) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 4. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 1-3. East Hall lost 3-2 in their recent non-league test against East Jackson (Commerce, GA)
The Eagles now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Walnut Grove for a 4A Region 8 test on Tuesday, March 4. Eastside will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 5-0 league win over Madison County (Danielsville, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 2-4.
