The Willow Spring Storm (Fuquay-Varina, NC) baseball trounced the host Green Level Gators (Cary, NC), 16-3 in Friday's non-league challenge.

The Storm now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cardinal Gibbons for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 3. Willow Spring will clash with a Crusaders team coming off a 14-0 non-league win over Riverside-Durham (Durham, NC). The Crusaders record now stands at 2-1.

With the defeat, Green Level drops to 1-1 on the year. The Gators travel to Apex (Apex, NC) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 4. The Cougars go into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Apex 3-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Broughton (Raleigh, NC)
