In Friday's non-league test, the Lincoln Trojans (Stockton, CA) softball squad overwhelmed the host Escalon Cougars (Escalon, CA), by a tally of 23-2.

Next, the Trojans clash with the Downey Knights (Modesto, CA) in a non-league test, on Friday, February 28. Lincoln will attempt to advance on its 5-1 season record. The Knights go into the test with a 0-3 record after their 18-2 non-league loss to Beyer (Modesto, CA).

The Cougars (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Turlock (Turlock, CA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Turlock was routed by Tracy (Tracy, CA), 20-4, in a non-league test.
