Georgia High School Soccer - Northeast toppled by Academy for Classical Education
February 28, 2025: Macon, GA 31210 Academy for Classical Education Gryphons (Macon, GA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Northeast Raiders (Macon, GA), 10-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Academy for Classical Education moves its record to 1-4 on the campaign. The Gryphons host West Laurens (Dexter, GA) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 4. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 5-0. West Laurens 1-1 in their recent league test against Academy of Richmond County (Augusta, GA)
The Raiders now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jefferson County for a 1A D-I Area 2 test on Tuesday, March 4. Northeast will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Swainsboro (Swainsboro, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 2-4.
