South Carolina High School Soccer - South Aiken knocks off Lugoff-Elgin
February 28, 2025: Aiken, SC 29803 Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the South Aiken Thoroughbreds (Aiken, SC) and the visiting Lugoff-Elgin Demons (Lugoff, SC), saw South Aiken's soccer squad knock off Lugoff-Elgin by a count of 5-2.
The Thoroughbreds (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Westside (Anderson, SC). The Rams enter the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Westside tipped Lugoff-Elgin (Lugoff, SC), 4-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Demons battle the Buford Yellow Jackets (Lancaster, SC) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, March 1. Lugoff-Elgin will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Yellow Jackets enter the battle with a 0-1 record after their 5-0 non-league loss to South Aiken (Aiken, SC).
