Louisiana High School Softball - Albany bounces Franklinton
February 28, 2025: Albany, LA 70711 The Albany Hornets (Albany, LA) softball routed the visiting Franklinton Demons (Franklinton, LA), 11-0 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Hornets now sport a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fontainebleau for a non-league test on Saturday, March 1. Albany will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 16-6 non-league loss to Springfield (Springfield, LA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-5.
With the loss, Franklinton moves to 2-3 on the season. The Demons travel to St. Thomas Aquinas (Hammond, LA) to encounter the Falcons in a non-league outing on Friday, March 7. The Falcons come into the outing with a record of 2-4.
