In Friday's non-league test, the Blanco Panthers (Blanco, TX) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting San Antonio Christian Lions (San Antonio, TX), by a tally of 6-1.

Next, the Panthers clash with the Lytle Pirates (Lytle, TX) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 1. Blanco will attempt to advance on its 8-2 season record. The Pirates go into the test with a 4-4 record after their 16-3 non-league loss to Marion (Marion, TX).
