In Friday's non-league test, the Canton Eagles (Canton, TX) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Wills Point Tigers (Wills Point, TX), by a tally of 9-0.

Next, the Eagles clash with the Greenville Lions (Greenville, TX) in a non-league test, on Friday, February 28. Canton will attempt to advance on its 8-3 season record. The Lions go into the test with a 1-5 record after their 14-3 non-league loss to Community (Nevada, TX).
