The Dripping Springs Tigers softball team scored 12 runs and held the host Southlake Carroll Dragons to 5 in the Tigers non-league win on Friday.

The Tigers now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Guyer for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 1. Dripping Springs will encounter a Wildcats team coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Aledo (Aledo, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-2.

With the loss, Southlake Carroll moves to 12-5 on the season. The Dragons host King (Houston, TX) to encounter the Panthers in a non-league battle on Friday, February 28.
