In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Eustace Bulldogs softball team scored a nice 12-3 win over the Frankston Indians.

The Bulldogs (4-5) will now prepare for their match against Mineola (Mineola, TX). The Yellowjackets come into the 3A Region II District 12 match with a 3-4 record. In their last match, Mineola notched a victory over Brownsboro (Brownsboro, TX), 11-0, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Indians battle the Elkhart Elks (Elkhart, TX) in a non-league match, on Saturday, March 1. Frankston will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record. The Elks come into the match with a 4-3 record after their 19-2 non-league win over Wortham (Wortham, TX).
