In Saturday's non-league bout, the East Chambers Buccaneers (Winnie, TX) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Broaddus Bulldogs (Broaddus, TX), by a tally of 15-0.

Coming up next, the Buccaneers clash with the Orangefield Bobcats (Orangefield, TX) in a 3A Region III District 22 challenge, on Tuesday, March 3. East Chambers will attempt to better on its 7-2 season record. The Bobcats go into the challenge with a 5-4 record after their 9-0 non-league win over Northside Falcons HomeSchool (Conroe, TX).

With the defeat, Broaddus drops to 0-4 on the year. The Bulldogs host Colmesneil (Colmesneil, TX) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 28.
