In Saturday's non-league bout, the Horizon Huskies (Scottsdale, AZ) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Gilbert Tigers (Gilbert, AZ), by a tally of 15-5.

Next up, the Huskies encounter the Canyon View Jaguars (Waddell, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, March 3. Horizon will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Jaguars enter the bout with a 3-1 record after their 6-1 non-league win over Centennial (Peoria, AZ).
