Presbyterian Christian Bobcats (Hattiesburg, MS) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Taylorsville Tartars (Taylorsville, MS), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Presbyterian Christian upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Bobcats host Purvis (Purvis, MS) to battle the Tornadoes in a non-league test on Saturday, March 2. The Tornadoes come into the test with a record of 6-2. Purvis won 8-3 in their recent non-league test against Seminary (Seminary, MS)

With the defeat, Taylorsville falls to 3-5 on the season. The Tartars travel to Raleigh (Raleigh, MS) to battle the Lions in a non-league test on Saturday, March 2. The Lions come into the test with a record of 1-4.
