February 29, 2024: Sulphur, LA 70663 The Sulphur Golden Tors baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting St. Augustine Purple Knights to 4 in the Golden Tors non-league victory on Thursday.
The Golden Tors (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Northshore (Slidell, LA). The Panthers go into the non-league match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Northshore edged St. Thomas Aquinas (Hammond, LA), 8-5, in a non-league match.
The Purple Knights (3-4) will now prepare for their match against St. Louis Catholic (Lake Charles, LA). The Saints go into the non-league match with a 6-0 record. In their last match, St. Louis Catholic edged Acadiana (Lafayette, LA), 5-0, in a non-league match.
