February 29, 2024: Gilroy, CA 95020 The Christopher Cougars (Gilroy, CA) softball nipped the visiting Live Oak Acorns (Morgan Hill, CA), 11-10 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Cougars (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Santa Teresa (San Jose, CA). The Saints enter the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.
With the loss, Live Oak falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Acorns travel to Gilroy (Gilroy, CA) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 2.
