St. Pius X Catholic Golden Lions (Atlanta, GA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Midtown Knights (Atlanta, GA), 16-4 in a non-league battle.

The Golden Lions now have a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Whitewater for a non-league battle on Friday, March 8.

In their next game, the Knights clash with the North Atlanta Warriors (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, March 2. Midtown will attempt to advance on its 2-4 season record. The Warriors come into the contest with a 3-2 record after their 5-2 league win over Lakeside (Atlanta, GA).
