With the win, Southside advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Mavericks travel to Rogers (Rogers, AR) to play the Mountaineers in a non-league outing on Thursday, March 28. The Mountaineers go into the outing with a record of 2-1.
In their next game, the Sand Lizards play the Harrison Goblins (Harrison, AR) in a 5A West outing, on Monday, March 4. Dardanelle will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record.
