The Brady Eagles basketball team (Brady, NE), was overwhelmed 61-34 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Sandhills Valley Mavericks (Stapleton, NE)

The Mavericks now possess a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Paxton for a non-league battle on Friday, February 4. Sandhills Valley will confront a Tigers team coming off a 40-28 non-league win over Maxwell (Maxwell, NE). The Tigers record now stands at 9-7.
