The Britton-Hecla Braves basketball team (Britton, SD), was overwhelmed 60-33 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Milbank Bulldogs (Milbank, SD)

The Bulldogs now possess a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Elkton/Lake Benton for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 5. Milbank will confront a Elks team coming off a 65-45 non-league loss to DeSmet (DeSmet, SD). The Elks record now stands at 8-6.

The Braves (3-10) will now prepare for their battle against Roncalli (Aberdeen, SD). The Cavaliers come into the B Region 1 battle with a 4-11 record. In their last battle, Roncalli was overwhelmed by Clark/Willow Lake (Clark, SD), 67-36, in a non-league battle.
