Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Mount Academy Eagles (Esopus, NY) and the visiting Dover Dragons (Dover Plains, NY), saw Mount Academy's basketball squad hold off Dover by a tally of 67-60.

With the victory, Mount Academy improves its record to 3-7 on the campaign. The Eagles host Chester (Chester, NY) to confront the Hambletonians in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 7. The Hambletonians come into the challenge with a record of 10-2. Chester won 55-45 in their recent non-league challenge against Chapel Field Christian (Pine Bush, NY)

Next up, the Dragons confront the Ellenville Blue Devils (Ellenville, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 8. Dover will attempt to improve on its 3-9 season record.
