Arkansas High School Basketball - Jonesboro tops Bryant
February 3, 2023: Bryant, AR 72022 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Jonesboro Hurricane (Jonesboro, AR) and the host Bryant Hornets (Bryant, AR), saw Jonesboro's basketball squad knock off Bryant by a tally of 49-38.
With the victory, Jonesboro improves its record to 21-3 on the campaign. The Hurricane travel to North Little Rock (North Little Rock, AR) to play the Charging Wildcats in a 6A Central challenge on Friday, February 10. The Charging Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 13-6.
Next up, the Hornets play the Central Tigers (Little Rock, AR) in a 6A Central challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Bryant will attempt to improve on its 10-7 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 20-4 record after their 53-44 league loss to Jonesboro (Jonesboro, AR).
