February 3, 2023: Adams, NE 68301 The Freeman Falcons (Adams, NE) basketball felled the visiting Elmwood-Murdock Knights (Murdock, NE), 46-34 in Friday's non-league test.
The Falcons (19-1) will now prepare for their test against Auburn (Auburn, NE). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 14-4 record. In their last test, Auburn thwarted Mead (Mead, NE), 78-43, in a non-league test.
The Knights now own a 11-7 record. They play next when they travel to Mead for a non-league test on Saturday, February 4. Elmwood-Murdock will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 78-43 non-league loss to Auburn (Auburn, NE). The Raiders record now stands at 13-5.
