Massachusetts High School Basketball - Monument Mountain crushes Monson
February 3, 2023: Great Barrington, MA 01230 Monument Mountain Spartans (Great Barrington, MA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Monson Mustangs (Monson, MA), 81-40 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Monument Mountain upgrades its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Palmer (Palmer, MA) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Monday, February 6. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 0-12. Palmer lost 58-42 in their recent non-league bout against Granby (Granby, MA)
Next up, the Mustangs play the Hampden Charter School of Science West Lions (West Springfield, MA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 6. Monson will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Lions come into the bout with a 1-12 record after their 92-38 non-league loss to Baystate Academy (Springfield, MA).
