February 3, 2023: Gainesville, GA 30507 Flowery Branch Falcons (Flowery Branch, GA) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Johnson Knights (Gainesville, GA), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Falcons confront the East Hall Vikings (Gainesville, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Flowery Branch will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Vikings enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to Habersham Central (Mt. Airy, GA).
The Knights now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host Gainesville for a non-league challenge on Friday, February 10. Johnson will confront a Red Elephants team coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Chestatee (Gainesville, GA). The Red Elephants record now stands at 2-1.
