Colorado High School Ice Hockey - Liberty can't get by Summit

In Friday's non-league test, the visiting Summit Tigers ice hockey team scored a tight 4-3 win over the Liberty Lancers.

The Tigers (2-8) will now prepare for their test against Pueblo County (Pueblo, CO). The Hornets enter the non-league test with a 3-10 record. In their last test, Pueblo County tipped Rampart (Colorado Springs, CO), 7-4, in a league match.

Next up, the Lancers clash with the Kent Denver Sun Devils (Englewood, CO) in a 4A North match, on Saturday, February 4. Liberty will attempt to improve on its 6-7 season record. The Sun Devils enter the match with a 7-6 record after their 6-2 league win over Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO).
