New Jersey High School Basketball - Absegami fells Manchester Township
February 3, 2024: Lakehurst, NJ 08733 Absegami Braves (Galloway, NJ) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Manchester Township Hawks (Lakehurst, NJ), 51-42 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Absegami upgrades its record to 17-5 on the season. The Braves travel to Millville (Millville, NJ) to play the Thunderbolts in a non-league bout on Monday, February 5. The Thunderbolts go into the bout with a record of 9-12. Millville lost 65-38 in their recent non-league bout against Barnegat (Barnegat, NJ)
Next up, the Hawks play the Neptune Scarlet Fliers (Neptune, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 7. Manchester Township will attempt to upgrade on its 9-10 season record. The Scarlet Fliers go into the bout with a 1-19 record after their 55-45 non-league loss to Point Pleasant Boro (Point Pleasant, NJ).
