Wisconsin High School Basketball - Appleton West edges Green Bay Southwest
February 3, 2024: Appleton, WI 54914 The Appleton West Terrors (Appleton, WI) basketball nipped the visiting Green Bay Southwest Fighting Trojans (Green Bay, WI), 51-46 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Terrors (1-19) will now prepare for their bout against Hortonville (Hortonville, WI). The Polar Bears go into the Fox Valley bout with a 10-8 record. In their last bout, Hortonville held off Appleton East (Appleton, WI), 73-71, in a league bout.
Next up, the Fighting Trojans clash with the Bay Port Pirates (Green Bay, WI) in a Fox River Classic bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Green Bay Southwest will attempt to upgrade on its 1-17 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 7-13 record after their 63-47 league loss to Sheboygan North (Sheboygan, WI).
