Kansas High School Basketball - Hugoton fells Colby
February 3, 2024: Colby, KS 67701 Hugoton Eagles (Hugoton, KS) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Colby Eagles (Colby, KS), 64-48 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Hugoton upgrades its record to 13-2 on the season. The Eagles travel to Cimarron (Cimarron, KS) to play the Bluejays in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Bluejays go into the bout with a record of 3-12. Cimarron lost 66-38 in their recent non-league bout against Lakin (Lakin, KS)
Next up, the Eagles play the Goodland Cowboys (Goodland, KS) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Colby will attempt to upgrade on its 9-6 season record. The Cowboys go into the bout with a 14-2 record after their 65-49 non-league win over Holcomb (Holcomb, KS).
