Ohio High School Basketball - East Tech trounced by Mentor

The Mentor Cardinals routed the visiting East Tech Scarabs basketball team by a final score of 85-47 in Saturday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Cardinals face the Euclid Panthers (Euclid, OH) in a Greater Cleveland game, on Tuesday, February 6. Mentor will attempt to move on its 9-6 season record. The Panthers enter the game with a 3-14 record after their 83-60 league loss to Strongsville (Strongsville, OH).

With the defeat, East Tech moves to 11-4 on the year. The Scarabs travel to Max S. Hayes (Cleveland, OH) to face the Lakers in a Senate game on Tuesday, February 6.
