Louisiana High School Basketball - Lafayette Renaissance Charter Academy ripped by Kennedy
February 3, 2024: New Orleans, LA 70122 The Kennedy Cougars basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Lafayette Renaissance Charter Academy Tigers to 51 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Cougars now sport a 19-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Jefferson for a non-league contest on Monday, February 5. Kennedy will battle a Buccaneers team coming off a 68-61 non-league loss to McDonogh 35 (New Orleans, LA). The Buccaneers record now stands at 8-21.
The Tigers (12-15) will now prepare for their contest against Eunice (Eunice, LA). The Bobcats enter the non-league contest with a 9-12 record. In their last contest, Eunice was routed by DeRidder (DeRidder, LA), 51-46, in a league contest.
