Maryland High School Basketball - Concordia Prep ripped by Largo
February 3, 2024: Upper Marlboro, MD 20774 The Largo Lions basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Concordia Prep Saints to 41 in the Lions non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Lions now sport a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Poly for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 3. Largo will meet a Engineers team coming off a 57-5 non-league win over Benjamin Franklin (Baltimore, MD). The Engineers record now stands at 15-1.
The Saints (4-16) will now prepare for their contest against St. Paul's Girls (Brooklandville, MD). The Gators enter the IAAM B contest with a 1-7 record. In their last contest, St. Paul's Girls was routed by St. John's Catholic Prep (Buckeystown, MD), 66-53, in a league contest.
