February 3, 2024: East Dublin, GA 31027 In Saturday's non-league outing, the East Laurens Falcons (East Dublin, GA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Wilkinson County Warriors (Irwinton, GA), by a margin of 75-14.
The Falcons (13-6) will now prepare for their outing against Wheeler County (Alamo, GA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league outing with a 2-17 record. In their last outing, Wheeler County was trounced by Hawkinsville (Hawkinsville, GA), 55-37, in a league outing.
The Warriors now own a 9-14 record. They play next when they host Hancock Central for a A D2 Region 5 outing on Friday, February 9. Wilkinson County will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 35-28 league win over Twiggs County (Jeffersonville, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-15.
