Virginia High School Basketball - St. Margaret's overwhelmed by James River Midlothian
February 3, 2024: Midlothian, VA 23113 The James River Midlothian Rapids basketball team scored 82 points and restricted the visiting St. Margaret's Scotties to 43 in the Rapids non-league victory on Saturday.
The Rapids now sport a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Midlothian for a Dominion bout on Tuesday, February 6. James River Midlothian will play a Trojans squad coming off a 85-18 league loss to Manchester (Midlothian, VA). The Trojans record now stands at 12-6.
Next up, the Scotties play the Cristo Rey Royals (Richmond, VA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 5. St. Margaret's will attempt to upgrade on its 10-11 season record. The Royals go into the bout with a 0-12 record after their 35-28 non-league loss to James River HomeSchool (Chesterfield, VA).
