The Lab University Prep Lab Rats basketball team scored 73 points and restricted the visiting Mallard Creek Mavericks to 26 in the Lab Rats non-league victory on Saturday.

The Lab Rats now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Varsity Opponent for a non-league contest on Monday, February 19.

The Mavericks (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against Hough (Cornelius, NC). The Huskies come into the non-league contest with a 5-6 record.
